Terms of service

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms govern the use of Slot Art Generator by you and {{LEGAL_ENTITY}}, registered at {{LEGAL_ADDRESS}}, company number {{COMPANY_NUMBER}}. By creating an account, buying credits or submitting a brief, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Slot Art Generator converts a submitted game name, theme and optional art direction into a package of generated PNG assets, derived layers, stage previews and a manifest. It is an art-production tool, not a complete game, gambling service, certification service or legal-clearance service. The practical limits of that distinction are explained on the AI slot art and outsourced studio comparison.

The service may show a playable preview. That preview consumes the generated files to help assess them in motion; it does not add a stake, balance, cash prize or production game implementation.

3. Purchases and credits

  1. Purchases are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
  2. A game entitlement permits the creation of one project, regardless of the number of images in that project's plan. Resuming the same project does not consume another game entitlement.
  3. A redraw credit permits one replacement attempt for one generated asset, regardless of that asset's dimensions. The replacement overwrites the previous asset after successful processing; no version history is retained.
  4. A redraw that fails in the replacement pipeline restores the previous asset and refunds the reserved redraw credit automatically.

Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record. Available bundles, redraw packs, prices and taxes are those shown at checkout. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

4. Your input

You keep responsibility for every name, theme, instruction and reference you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that material and to direct the service to process it. Do not submit another person's confidential material or content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.

The pipeline takes subject matter only from your words. That technical rule does not clear those words for use. A generated image may still resemble protected material by accident or because of the direction supplied. You must review the output before publication.

5. Output and ownership

As between you and {{LEGAL_ENTITY}}, you may use, edit, animate, integrate and distribute the output generated for your project, to the extent the applicable law permits rights in that output. {{LEGAL_ENTITY}} does not claim ownership of your submitted brief or your generated project assets.

You are responsible for determining whether rights can arise in model output in your jurisdiction and for clearing the intended use. That includes clearance of game names, submitted subjects, logos, characters, reference material, trademarks and publicity rights. The service does not promise that output is unique, protectable or free from similarity to third-party work.

6. Storage and deletion

Project files are deleted 30 days after project creation. Download and back up the package within that period. Deletion of hosted files does not restore a consumed game entitlement or redraw credit. Public gallery projects selected by the operator may be excluded from the normal hosted-project purge.

Account and purchase records are handled separately from project-file retention. See the privacy policy for the data categories and rights that apply.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law, infringe another person's rights, evade technical limits, interfere with the service, access another user's private project, probe accounts or payment systems, or submit material intended to produce unlawful abuse. You must not misrepresent generated output as endorsed by a person, brand or rights holder who did not authorize it.

Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, processors or third parties, or when these terms are materially breached.

8. Model output and availability

Every visible asset is model output or a deterministic derivative of model output. Results can contain misspellings, malformed details, weak compositions, unwanted similarities or other defects. The service uses retries and substitutes for some provider failures, but it does not warrant that every requested asset will match the brief or be suitable for production.

The service and output are provided as available and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability, to the extent those exclusions are permitted by law.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, {{LEGAL_ENTITY}} is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from the service, input, output, deletion of project files or reliance on generated art. The total aggregate liability arising from a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase directly giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by {{GOVERNING_LAW}}, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction under that law will hear disputes unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Questions about these terms may be sent through the support contact.
