Refunds

Unused credits, duplicate charges, and failed generations are refundable. Completed generations are not, except where required by law. Credits expire 12 months after your most recent purchase; expired credits are not refundable.

Payments are made in cryptocurrency and cannot be reversed once confirmed on the network. An approved refund is returned in the same asset, to an address you supply.
