Refunds and failed generation

1. What is purchased

Slot Art Generator sells one-time game entitlements and account-wide redraw credits. It does not sell a subscription. One game entitlement starts one project, regardless of the number of planned images. One redraw credit starts one replacement attempt for one generated asset, regardless of its dimensions.

2. Unused purchases

If a purchase has not been used, contact [email protected] with the account email and Polar order identifier. An unused purchase may be refundable where required by applicable consumer law or accepted through the payment processor. Do not start a project or redraw while a refund request is being considered, because that changes the purchase from unused to consumed.

A duplicate charge, an offer mismatch or a purchase credited to the wrong account should be reported promptly through the support details. Purchase and refund events are recorded against the Polar order so a duplicate delivery cannot grant credits twice.

3. Consumed game entitlements

A game entitlement is consumed when a project is created and generation begins. At that point the service requests paid model output for the style board and asset plan. A later change of mind, dissatisfaction with subjective model output or failure to download the set within its 30-day retention window does not normally make that consumed entitlement refundable.

Generated art is variable. A model may produce a weak pose, a malformed detail, an imperfect title or another result that needs review. The service is sold as a production starting point, not a warranty that every image will be accepted without art direction. The terms of service describe those output limits.

If the service fails to deliver the purchased project because of a technical fault, contact support with the project identifier. The request will be assessed from the project and purchase records. Resuming an interrupted project is free and does not consume a second game entitlement.

4. Redraw credits

A redraw intentionally replaces an existing generated asset. On success, the replacement becomes the current source, derived files are replayed from it, and the previous image is deleted. There is no version strip or restore route, so a successful redraw cannot be refunded merely to recover the earlier image.

If the replacement pipeline fails, the server keeps a temporary safety copy, restores the prior asset and refunds the reserved redraw credit automatically. Check the asset and wallet after a failure. If the previous image or credit has not returned, send the project identifier, asset name and attempt time to support.

5. How refunds affect credits

When Polar reports a full order refund, the corresponding value is removed from the account wallet. If credits from that order have already been spent, the account may show a refunded balance that must be resolved before more assets can be generated or redrawn. A refund does not reverse provider work already performed or restore hosted files that have already been deleted.

6. Requesting review

Send the account email, Polar order identifier, project identifier where relevant, and a short account of the issue. Do not include a password or payment-card details. Refunds approved through the merchant of record return through Polar's payment process and may take the time shown by the payment method or processor.

Prices and bundle contents are published on the pricing page before checkout.

Questions

Can an unused purchase be refunded?
An unused purchase may be eligible for a refund, subject to the applicable consumer law and payment-processor process. Contact support with the Polar order identifier before using any included entitlement or redraw credit.
Can a generated game entitlement be refunded because the art is not preferred?
Normally no. Once generation starts, the entitlement funds provider work and is consumed even when subjective model output is not the buyer's preferred result.
What happens when an asset redraw fails?
The previous asset is restored and the reserved redraw credit is refunded automatically when the replacement pipeline fails.
